Key Responsibilities
- Tractor Driving:
- Conduct road tests, power tests, and brake tests on Mahindra tractors.
- Test tractors on various terrains and road conditions to evaluate performance.
- Report any issues or discrepancies during testing to the technical team.
- Power Testing:
- Test the power output and efficiency of tractors under different loads.
- Ensure that tractors meet the power performance standards.
- Record test data and provide feedback to engineers for improvements.
- Brake Testing:
- Perform brake tests to ensure safety and reliability.
- Evaluate braking performance under various speeds and conditions.
- Document the results and suggest necessary modifications.
- Road Testing:
- Conduct thorough road tests to assess overall tractor performance.
- Drive tractors over designated routes to evaluate handling, comfort, and stability.
- Communicate results to the quality assurance team.
- Training Participation:
- Actively engage in a two-month training program provided by Mahindra.
- Learn about tractor mechanics, testing procedures, and safety protocols.
- Apply training knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- Safety Adherence:
- Follow all safety guidelines during testing and ensure the use of appropriate safety equipment.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement: 5th grade. Higher education is preferred but not mandatory.
- Driving Skills:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Experience driving tractors or heavy machinery is preferred.
- Ability to drive under different road and weather conditions.
- Physical Fitness:
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including extended driving hours.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Age Limit:
- Candidates must be between 18 to 45 years of age.
