Key Responsibilities:
Tractor Operation: Operate Mahindra tractors during road evaluations, power assessments, and brake tests.
Power Evaluation: Test the power output of tractors under various loads, ensuring they meet performance standards.
Brake Assessment: Conduct brake tests at varying speeds to ensure safety and reliability.
Road Evaluation: Perform road tests to assess handling, comfort, and overall tractor performance, reporting any issues to the quality assurance team.
Training Engagement: Participate in a two-month training program, learning everything from tractor mechanics to safety protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Educational Requirement: A minimum of 5th-grade education. Higher education is welcome but not required.
Driving Skills: A valid driver’s license is essential. Previous experience with tractors or heavy machinery is a plus.
Physical Fitness: Able to handle physical tasks, including long hours of driving, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Age: Candidates should be between 18 to 45 years old.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi or English is required. Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

The training lasts two months and is fully paid at ₹20,000 per month.
