Job Responsibilities

- Quality Control: Oversee the production processes to maintain high product quality standards and regulatory compliance. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to promptly address any issues.
- Packaging and Distribution: Efficiently package dairy products, ensuring proper labeling and packaging to preserve freshness and quality during shipment.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous optimal performance. Report any machinery issues to supervisors for quick resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members, supervisors, and quality assurance staff to meet daily production targets and maintain smooth operations. Foster a cooperative and positive work environment.
